Yoga Classes are finally back!
It's been a long and challenging break, and I know that many of us struggle to maintain our practice without the regular in-person guidance of a teacher, and the group energy of working together with others in the class setting.
I am delighted to announce that finally we are able to return. I have managed to retain most of the previous classes and have added a couple of new ones that will be particularly orientated towards beginners.
I have been practising Yoga for over 30 years, and have studied with many great teachers in the Hatha, Iyengar and Vinyasa traditions. Through my classes, I hope to share the joy that this practice has given me over the years, and to pass on some of the many benefits of Yoga. The health benefits are infinite - both physiological and mental, and will nurture your spirit as well as energising and empowering your body.
In 2013 I realised one of my dreams, completing my training to become a certified Acroyoga teacher - one of only three in Ireland.

OVERALL,THERE ARE 2 LEVELS OF YOGA CLASSES AVAILABLE.
BEGINNER / GENERAL LEVEL CLASSES are open to those with no prior experience of yoga. You will learn the postures in a progressive way, with detailed attention to correct alignment, breathing patterns, foot placement etc. These classes are also ideal for improvers who are looking for a steady paced class in which to refine their practice.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL CLASSES will take Vinyasa yoga to the next level, where we will sequence the postures into longer, flowing sequences, as well as introducing new and challenging postures. Open to those with a familiarity with basic asanas and a measure of flexibility.. be prepared for an invigorating, energising and empowering class!
