In addition to group instruction, I am offering individual training sessions in strength and body conditioning, with an emphasis on building core strength and learning to train safely and prevent and avoid injury during exercise.
My background in Yoga guarantees a more holistic approach to Personal Training than you will find elsewhere. Health and fitness to me means so much more than doing an exercise routine - during a training session, you will be offered tips on nutrition, stress reduction, massage and self-healing, stretches etc - as well as that challenging workout to push you towards your fitness goals!
